Engrained with a passion for design, Liliana Melnizki and Felipe Blacharz both graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in Architecture.
They began their professional career and built more than 30 luxury homes (over 150,000sf) and 17 residential buildings (over 500 units) in Argentina before moving to Miami in 2002 where they continued their careers with a focus on design and project management.
Their work in the U.S. encompasses a vast array of residential and commercial projects, including apartments, houses, retail, and restaurants. With over 4 decades of experience in the real estate / construction business, they maintain tradition but have evolved as architects, designers, project managers, and developers.
Liliana and Felipe make design dreams come true with attention to detail, high quality materials, and customization to fit the client's unique style relying on customer satisfaction from creation to completion as the driving force behind every project.
